Taste: The liquor is very clear but the taste is not weak at all. It has a distinct floral sweetness and a pleasant aftertaste. Very refreshing and special. We recommend using less tea leaves and water temperature of 60-70°c for this tea.

Appearance: Only one-bud-one-leaf tea leaves picked from early spring season are used to make En Shi Yu Lu. Its shape is long and narrow. The infusion is very light (almost colorless) jade green.

Suggested Usage: Brewing method is similar with the brewing methods of other green tea. We recommend using 85 to 90 degree water brewing Enshi Yulu.

About En Shi Yu Lu Tea

Enshi Yulu (" Yulu" means it is like white jade revealed) is produced in Wufeng mountains, the eastern suburb of Enshi city of Hubei province. Enshi Yulu is one of China retained steamed green tea which is not too much left. Its production process and tools are very ancient and very similar to "The Classic of Tea" contained of Lu Yu. Enshi Yulu is the Chinese and Southeast Asia's love, rated as one of the "China top ten famous tea".

The name “jade dew” refers to the pale green colour of the infusion. leaves are long and narrow, the cup is bold, strong, complex with an extremely powerful vegetal scent. The leaves are reminiscent of gyokuro or sencha leaves, but are clearly processed with skillful Chinese hands. A good green tea with sweetness and floral taste.
